About Me: My name is Victoria AKA The Trim Reaper. I have been working in the beauty industry since 2016. I consider myself to be a hair health specialist and always look to put hair integrity at the forefront. I specialize in lived-in color, corrective color, and all types of haircutting. When I’m not behind the chair I am also an educator for the brand K18 where I continue to learn the newest innovations in hair health in the industry and travel to share them with others! If I’m not doing something hair related I’m probably getting another tattoo, binge watching reality TV with my cat, or being a foodie with my husband. I enjoy the time getting to know my clients and helping them achieve their hair goals. I love building these relationships with you all and look forward to making you feel like the best version of yourselves inside and out! Policies: Cancellation policy: We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If your appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance your payment method on file will be subject to a 50% charge of services for that appointment. If for any reason you do not have a card on file the payment will be due before being able to book another appointment. No show policy: If you no show and fail to cancel this will result in 100% charge of services on your provided card on file. Payment: There is a 3.5% fee on all credit and debit card payments. Cash is accepted however Venmo is not accepted as a payment for services. Communication: I can be reached via text at 781-526-3909. Any and all communications about scheduling or cancellations must go through this number or if you are unable to do it yourself on the website. I will not receive any other communication sent to any of my automated messaging systems (auto confirmation emails,texts,etc). This is my personal cell and the only way to reach me directly. Cancellation Policy
Must cancel within 48 hours or your card on file will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%. If you no show a 100% charge will be placed on your card. You will also be required to keep a card on file for future bookings.
